Thats where you are completely wrong. If you have read the posts, you would have seen that there are plenty of people that would really want A house, but because of greed and gold sellers, The housing market was gone in less then 10 minutes.

If it was only a handfull of people maybe...but truth is the shiro houses gone in 10 mins is due to SE not releasing enough supply.. when you have servers with 5,000 + homeless people and you release 720 houses no matter what there gonna be gone in 10 mins

I can't crossbreed anything...

And, when interacting with my pots, I'm restricted to the default 'use item' animation, I don't get the nifty animations from gardening in a 'real plot'

No watering can animation, no weeding animation, etc...

All I can recall is Yoshida saying flipping for huge profits is something they don't stand behind. (E3 interview 2016 i believe)

I talked to a GM recently and they stated they don't take issue with anyone selling their house or their fc, but they DO take issue with someone buying a plot to resell it. I don't have a screenshot unfortunately as I was dead tired and only thought to do so after swapping characters, but of course the convo was gone by then. I was happy to get a non-canned response, but even so the house flipper continues on (and got a nice plot 30 for himself from another flipper) so even speaking to someone ended with as meaningful a result as the canned responses.

Seems to me its still a thin line. What if A (seller) bought a plot, build a house then its OK? vs A buy a plot and never build a house and just resell a empty plot?
