Housing solution idea

What if we have instanced plots of varying size for individual players. Like a single plot with a generic view of whichever area you decide on.
With wards we could borrow the garrison idea from wow. Having a whole ward instance available for purchase (at a large price). These could be available to fc's and as well as being able to place houses there could be assigned buildings like a crafting building,meeting hall, apartments could be barracks. If server space is still an issue with this have a monthly rent for these.
The design of the wards is great and i would be sad to see it go. Players should have more of a chance to housing.
