I mean, yeah but that's on SE now. Also I don't think we can call it an exploit when it working as intended. They probably should've handled the releasing of your plot in a different way, as previous suggested by Siniztor and many others they could've had a timer until its made available for purchase again and we wouldnt have such a big flip problem, or giving back the same amount as they give with auto demolition without having to wait 45 days.

They should implemented a much harder restriction in 2.1 (don't remember when personal came out but think it was around this patch) but here we are 4 year later and they probably won't make changes to that now. But again who knows what going on in devs mind regards to that.
