    I would have greatly considered doing the same thing a year ago, but I've since boycotted Bioware products for issues I won't get into right now since this thread isn't about them.

    On topic, I have gotten UltimatePay into the situation now. Since they are the ones that stand to lose the money should I dispute the transaction they seem to be motivated to get to the bottom of this. I gave them my account information and they plan on contacting SE directly to see just what is going on. Hopefully SE will pay more attention to a company they are partnered with than they would a mere customer. If they don't, at least UltimatePay will see what I have had to deal with and I can get my money back.
