;; i rly hope u find a solution Ros, i know i got stressed earlier today about this whole situation myself. Seriously tho SE come on! uve had problems with ur payment methods/prices, and even games since like 2001. Even world of warcraft and Dark Age of Camelot had better and easier systems than what ur working with and that's why i loved DAoC so much! It rocked and it came out before FF11 >.> I MEAN COME ON shape up or ship out! seriously in FF11 i remembered hearing soooo much of blame SE or SE fails... And now even after everything you learned for 8 years you still screwed up wow guys.... srsly guis srsly o.o.

You need to start improving SE.

P.S.: also need to fix ur support system...... try hiring more than one person LOL..... XD
