    I would expect when you log in with your character (if you could) it would rewrite the right folder name but your settings will be reset to default, because when you install the game the folder isnt there.

    its been a few days so im sure the problem is showing itself with enough people to be addressed moreso now so they are prepared to do more

    ANYWAY...

    I think even if a customer did activate wrong character by mistake, SE should be able to correct this to the player - it's called good customer service.
    If they are worried about the playtime customer has gotten from the incorrect character, they can calculate the difference and deduct it from the time of the character they change to.
    We are all humans, we all make mistakes... whether it is SE or the customer!!!
