Not receiving Gold Chocobo Feathers

Steps:
1. Invited friend to play with the recruit a friend system
2. Received our first set of rewards, totalling 5 Gold Chocobo Feathers for me
3. Friend is still playing now, over 220 days later and neither of us have received anything since the initial reward.

This had not been an issue previously as I wasn't too bothered, however with the addition of the new mount I'd like to see if anything can be done about it.
