question about the rule 3.1 in ToS

"3.1 Sharing Account Information. You may not share your account or login information (such as your Square Enix ID and password) with anyone except your legal guardian, your minor child, or Square Enix. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information, even from your friends and family. If you violate this provision, you may unexpectedly lose access to your account to a third party without recourse against Square Enix. Square Enix will not be obliged to credit your Square Enix Account with Crysta or other points or awards, which may have been used by a third party as a result of the violation of this clause."

If I understand well, if I give permission to someone access my account and this person say "not Seiji here" or something, could happen GM issue a warning in my account or it's just a advice of SE not sharing our account?

    Yes.

Of course you would need someone to report it seeing as GMs dont monitor chat logs so I wouldn't worry.

I think they should review this rule, there is no point having a punishment for it.

It depends how you read it. The way I read it this says -- If you give your login info to someone, and they change the password and steal your account, SE is not responsible and will not give you a refund.

Basically SE isn't going to do anything if you share your info - but they also aren't going to help you if it goes wrong.

Ok, yes, it's not SE responsability if I share my information, I agree the responsability of my account is mine. But since it's my responsability, why I should be punished if I decide share? I dont feel I'm doing something unfair to other players or something.

Nowhere in there says they'll punish you.
It just says they won't help you out if your account is hijacked.

Are you sure? It's under the "Prohibited activities" section. This is why I'm in doubt if it's just an advice or it really can punish.

    Edit:

I think they even block the account
