Maybe I'm missing something here, but I'm getting way better results with Blessing at full IQ stacks, rather than the miracle/brow combo in this rotation.
I can still hit full progress with maker's and flawless, plus one careful II, and quality is much higher.

Able to post a screenshot or something? Like I said I quickly threw it together & so chances are there are definitely improvements.

Hm... yes, replacing Miracle with Basic Touch and Brow with Blessing (buffs stay the same) will yield more quality. However, that's an additional 14 CP AND Blessing is not under Steady Hand. :/ if you don't use Great Strides on the Basic Touch, you will save 18 CP have a 100% safe Blessing BUT it'll be weaker than Miracle + Brow. At least all according to calculator.
