I keep seeing people posting for FC only housing and so forth. FC housing is great as it allows access to content and a group of people working together to build a central place to gather. The downside is FC housing most members have 0 control of furnishings, decorations, or even the Orchestrian. This takes the joy out of having a house when select few get to decide what it looks like.

We are all given access to orchestrian rolls and furnishing just through various events. The rolls we never or rarely get to play which for me diminishes the collection I have amassed. I have trees and all sorts of other furnishings that take up space. Yes I can sell these but I want to have the joy of decorating an abode.

This is just one of the issues with no access to housing for all. The next is limitations. My FC has a small house and has for awhile. They have outgrown it. Mailbox on top of mailbox, etc. The whole FC was looking to upgrade to a larger plot and everyone pitched in to get a mansion. These were gone as quickly as feral wolves will devour a carcass. With the housing limitation there is no path for FC's or even individuals to upgrade and customize their house.

We should have a system that allows individuals and FC's start off small but as they grow give them an upgrade path. Also they should not be so restrictive to cause a black market. They should be available to all of those who want to participate.

Instanced housing sounds like the most logical approach. I don't even care about the neighborhood feel. I just want to decorate a house and be able to upgrade as I get the gil.
