Having this same problem. I should be getting 3 of the rewards but they aren’t showing up. I even tried requesting in the delivery moogle and nothing.

From what I heard, They're holding off till the servers have calmed down. But on the other hand I Want my Squall gear

Yeah I'm having the same problem too, they sent me the Advent attire but I haven't received the other 3 attires even though I qualify for them all at the moment.

Could you source this? It'd be good to know for other people's sake if they're concerned too.

I now got the second reward but 3&4 haven’t sent yet. Just got the second one today.

Copying my reply from a thread that was also in Technical Issues:

I would like to know as well what "shortly after the update" means. On September 11 my resub went into effect and I received my Wild Rose items. Tantalus and Leonhart were both past that reward tier in the old system, but I more than qualify for both now. I have nothing in the mail, and Jonathas only has my previously gained items and no glamour sets at all--the only armor he has are the goblin and chocobo heads. My FC leader received the Strife gear in the mail today when he logged in, while myself and others haven't seen anything. So it seems a bit inconsistent.

I would also love a source where they are waiting for the servers to settle before sending items.

I just now received the Tantalus attire, as did several members of my FC. Still no Leonhart, so this seems like a rather slow rollout of the rewards.

From Lodestone announcement

Players will begin receiving rewards based on the above requirements with the release of patch 4.1. Those who have yet to obtain these rewards but already meet the requirements will receive them shortly after the update. (For example: A player with 330 subscription days on their account will meet the requirements for Rank 4, and thus receive the Leonhart Attire reward.)

Items will be delivered as necessary to players when they meet the above requirements. Please note that it may take several days for items to be delivered.
