Can't get my two extra retainers

Okay so since i resub two weeks ago by paying the 90 days sub and successfully payed the sub there's one problem that i been noticing till now. Seems i can't get my two retainers and i get an error that says they couldn't verified my type of credit or payment. So they send me to their website to verified my type of payment. They give two options to update/registered and unregistered. So i choose update/registered and i put the info of my credit card and somehow says that registration is complete. So i go back to my account and noticed that my retainers says inactive. So i did the same process and it gave me the same error and needed to confirmed my type of payment, so i don't know what am i doing wrong and i'm a bit scared if i do it again because they might give me the penalty of 30 days for trying to registered and getting a lot of errors. So do i choose the unregistered option or should contact SE about this? If so can anyone give a link so i can contact with them? Thanks in advance

Remove all credit cards.
Update your billing information.
Did you move addresses: Yes? -> Make sure to contact your bank so they know. Billing information must match the card used.
Add the credit card/debit -> sign out of the Mogstation and/or Square-Enix account info -> Sign back into mog station (from closed window) -> Reprocess the retainer on the site under the additional options.
The first two retainers you get automatically with your subscription. You also have to be up to a certain point in the MSQ to obtain them (ifrit I think normal msq version).
All other retainers cost additional $1-2 dollars per 3rd retainer and higher, but also requires a difference in fees for purchasing them if any sub time is active + newly added to cover the difference for the whole sub time.
