Role Actions No Longer "Valid" Actions for Macros

Issue
The macro command /hotbar action no longer functions with Role Actions. Role actions return an error message of "[Roll Action Here]" is not a valid action name. This was not the case before 4.1. It is unclear whether this is actually a bug or an "intended feature" that conflicts with the macro system.

I'm also seeing this issue with crafting crossclasses, with the "/hotbar action "action name" [#1] [#2]" command, but only on most additional actions, not all of them.

I've tested all of them, and received the error for the following:
Rumination
Name of the Wind
Ingenuity
Ingenuity II
Name of Fire
Name of Ice
Innovation
Manipulation
Waste Not
Waste Not II
Name of Earth
Name of Lightning
Comfort Zone
Name of Water
Steady Hand II
Reclaim
and every single DoL additional action

The error happens for every class, except the ability's native class where it's not an additional action.
