    Gold Chocobo Feather Cap - Fix this ASAP

    Steps:
    1. Release new Recruit a Friend mount - Managarm.
    2. Do not increase the Gold Chocobo Feather allowance past 25 to allow purchase of new mount.
    3. Alienate subscriber base who loves this game and loves collecting mounts.
    4. Profit?

    This is an extremely easy issue to resolve and needs to be fixed immediately. Thanks!
