New Adventurer icon displaying when shouldn't

I've recently returned to the game after quite some time, so I received the returning player icon next to my name, today when I logged on it has changed to a 'new player' icon. I have tried the commands /nastatusoff or /nasoff and they haven't worked, relogging hasn't changed the icon. I mailed support about this and the recommened posting here.

Is it a flower? That's not the new player icon it's the returner icon. It'll go away after 48 hours. Try /returnerstatusoff

No, it's not the returner icon it was for the past week or so; and as of today it has changed into the new player icon. I have just tried /returnerstatusoff and had no luck, same goes for /nastatusoff or /nasoff

Are you a new adventurer in SEs eyes? If your highest level is your 55 WAR i'd say you may be a New Adventurer.

- Have played less than 168 hours
- Have not completed the main scenario quest "The Far Edge of Fate"

Does an error message appear when you try and turn either NA or Returner off?

On this char & account, /playtime runs me at 10 days 13 hours 47 minutes, so over the 168 hours. I can't remember the amount of days subbed but it's over 180 days, no I haven't completed "The Far Edge of Fate" MSQ yet.

If I try turn NA off I get an error message saying command doesn't exist, and when I try turn returner off it says "unable to execute command at this time"

I'm just rather confused as it why up until today I had the returners icon and now I have the new player icon (adding to that when I took a break I didn't have the NP icon).
