    Yes they are, as long as you transfer to a world that qualifies. If you didn't know already, you can check using the link you provided, but scroll down to:

    I don't want to start a new thread on this and get the salty rage, but for anyone who IS interested in transferring servers, there are still housing plots available on the smaller servers. Not in Shirogane, but I went to check out the changes to Lavender Beds and Goblet last night and there were multiple small plots open still in every single ward. Just a little PSA if you are considering it
