veteran rewards

with the new veteran rewards system i logged in today hoping to finally get my squall outfit only to be disapointed when it wasnt in the mail (i hit request mail and it still didnt show up)

according to the mogstation i've been subbed for 720 days and it says i qualify for the rank 4 veretan reward. yet i still didnt get the outfit and i dont see it being offered by jonathas either https://i.imgur.com/HpLZWHc.png

anyone else in the same boat figure out how to get the reward?

I requested through mail and only got the Cloud attire. I tried for the rest but they never went through

I think they're sending them out in waves, there's TONS of people that qualify for this stuff now so it's gonna be a while.

I just got the Wildrose? Attire but not my Squall outfit. If they send it per hand, i dont understand why they would only send half the rewards. Its clearly a Systemfailure.

Hello all, yesterday i got the Advent Attire (Rank 1 Rewards 60 Days) so i was waiting for the Tantalus Attire (Rank 2 Rewards 150 Days) but instead i got the Wild Rose Attire (Rank 3 Rewards 240 Days).

Are they sending them randomly? Because if not they forgot to send me the Rank 2 Reward.

Might be going in the original order for the outfits? In which case the one you're waiting on will probably be next.

Strife arrived yesterday, rose and tantalus today. They're bound to have a lot on at the moment, probably best to leave it a while and let some of dust settle after the patch.

Got my Rose today, waiting on Tantalus and Strife. Gonna give it a couple more days before I contact support, I can't even begin to imagine the sudden bottle-neck this change caused in teh system.

Guys just be patient and give it a few days. They already said in the Changes to Veteran Rewards article that it will take some time.
