Unable to complete version update [30419] 4.1

Ever since morning, I can't download the patch 4.1. Actually, the download doesn't even start. The launcher updated normally, then I login and get the error, before download window even open it. I play on Steam and the error message is "unable to complete version update [30419] I spent 3 hours this morning trying to fix it. I already tried changing the .ctg file, the .ver file, different DNS adresses and replacing the boot folder. Nothing works. Anyone has any other solution for this? =/

Exact same error, tried all fixes posted on reddit yet still have the problem.
Haven't been able to log in yet since maintenance would really like a fix.

Here having the same error since patch day and it has not been resolved yet...I play on Steam, tried to reinstall the game, tried all fixes but nothing worked.
Downloaded patch on PS4 version just fine so I don't think its an internet problem. Would also like a fix so that I can play on my laptop.

I eventually needed to reinstall the game for it to update properly
