Having to suicide isn't good design in any game at any time.
And if you're going as a dps, you can't really help it....especially in wanderer's palace. Wasn't the point of this to make it simulate a real dungeon group? Cos it's done a terrible job if so.
suicide? sounds like a wipe to me. they happen even with player groups. when you wipe you start over at the beginning? or do you just have to walk up to where you died? in the game only the players are immortal...at least if you go by the story.

You're missing the point.
The situation was, the tank did not keep aggro off of the NPC healer-the healer died, we killed the mob anyway. Healer did not return no matter how long I waited, I had to pull the next boss and wait 5 minutes for it's pitiful damage output to kill me in order to get the healer back.
Come on chap, this isn't hard to understand.
I get what you are saying, I just don't think it's a bug. But if the boss took that long to kill you why didn't you kill him and move on? Seems silly.

Because it's not possible to do enough damage by yourself as a ninja with no heals when synced?
Are you trolling? I feel like you're trolling. Because you just don't seem to get this. Anyway.
no. i'm not trolling. somebody not agreeing with you isn't automatically trolling.

You aren't disagreeing, you just aren't making sense, asking questions with painfully obvious answers, and don't seem to understand the point of the topic. All signs of trying to confuse people or make people irritated at you-you know, trolling. (Also of note-I never said this was a bug, it's an oversight, one that should be fixed, hence why I made the topic. Not sure where you got that I thought it was bug.)
Regardless though, if you honestly think having the NPC just lay there and never return, forcing you to suicide so everyone returns to the start of the dungeon, is good design, then you just don't get how game design works or the intention behind making this feature in the first place.
