    Open a ticket instead of forum posts

    The housing debacle isn't new, we went through the exact same thing with Heavensward and nothing will change from complaining via forums. We need to submit the flaws in this system via support tickets directly to SE.

    If they all of a sudden get thousands of tickets from people pointing out the flaws they can't keep ignoring this broken housing sytem.

    As big of an issue as the lack of housing is... that sounds like a really bad idea. The best case scenario is that we flood the GMs with tickets that they can't do anything to solve, preventing them from working on actual issues that are a part of their job description. The worst case scenario is that a bunch of people get banned/suspended for submitting false tickets.

    As much as it feels like shouting at a wall, the best thing we can do is complain on the forums and bring the issue up in every Q&A.

    These aren't false tickets in my opinion. One account being able to have multiple plots is a flaw; people using login scripts to bypass the launcher last night is a flaw; only having 2,880 plots for an entire server is a flaw; people crashing from the launcher, from the lobby, or in the queue is a flaw; the login button on the launcher not being responsive is a flaw; relinquished plots going immediately back on the market instead of going in to a random 12-36 hour queue before going back on the market to stop reselling plots is a flaw. There are many other flaws with the housing system that have been brought up time and again and nothing changes, so we just didn't use the right channels.

    I don't want people to open just tickets saying "wha wha wha i didn't get a house" but instead opening legit tickets on the SE website pointing out flaws in the game when it comes to housing.

    I agree with Beckett. As salty as I am I don't think it's fair to burden the GMs with an issue they CANNOT resolve and take away from our fellow players and legitimate bugs.

    While it does seem unfair i used to get calls as a customer service rep that i could not fix at all or anyone but a whole structure change, big companys are prone to respond if you start to effect their bottom line it freaking sucks for the employee that has to deal with it but $$$ is the main way and fastest way a big company can understand.
