Where are the new emotes hidden?

New emotions, converse and sit on ground are built in.

I heard boxing is MSQ

Attention and At Ease are 40,000 in your grand company's highest tier.

Then theres the workout emotes which include the much requested squatting. I need to know where those are, I think they are behind Squadron Missions but I havn't put much time into those. I know people on here have completed all of the dungeons available, are they a random drop or a fixed reward?

You get 4 new emotes when you complete a dungeon with your squadron 10 times. Doesn't matter if u just go the same dungeon over and over again. The emotes are push-ups, sit-ups, squats and breath control.

There is also converse, several facial emotes, and sit has been split into sit and sit on ground which now let's you sit next to chairs without sitting on them... all added quietly to the emote list
