What they are doing is against the international law of one price, and if it is not fixed soon, it would not surprise me, if they will have a major class action law suit against them for this. This would be the case if she is importing from the United States of America, but since her SE account has set her up to engage in a local transaction, the principles of international trade and exchange no longer apply. Prices are then set by local market accounting decisions with respect to the local consumer.
