The old way no longer works and I can not find out how to change it now unless I enlarge all of the UI up to 150 and that is far too big. Please just set it back so I can right click it to change the size.

This is infuriating. I can barely read what NPC's say anymore. I can understand taking the option away if they put it somewhere else, but I just spent a half an hour trying to dig through menu options to find a way to fix it.
Is there some kind of work around for PC? Even increasing the UI size just makes everything BUT the NPC dialogue larger.
SE doesn't care about vision impaired people. They've shown they don't care about all of us who pay a fortune into their game in general, so why should they care disabled people?
I can't read anything now, thanks for being awesome, SE. /sarcasm
I've got perfect eyesight but because I'm playing on PC on a 32" TV and I'm not sat practically on top of the damn thing I can't read a damn thing.
I used to be able to just scale the text, sure it was annoying having to change the setting on every single login but at least I had the option, why in the world would you remove this?
Same. Please just make these 3 "unique" UI elements customizable independantly!! (Player Name Tile/NPC Dialog Box/Ambiant Bubble Text)
So they actually removed this feature? I was able to right click on a dialog bubble to increase it's size up through last night, but this afternoon nothing happens when I right click. I was wondering if there was some sort of option I might have accidentally toggled to disable this feature, but I guess not.
That's really disappointing. I don't have the greatest vision, so that feature was quite nice to have. I'll probably be just skipping through more dialog now instead of trying to strain to read it.
Even the right-click to change size was a bit of a workaround (though far better than nothing). This should just be in the HUD Layout menu, where we could easily change its size and position just as we do with most HUD elements.
Do you have "Enlarge system UI" checked under System Configuration / Display Settings? Though a single on/off setting and not as configurable as many would like, that checkbox is for enlarging the dialog box and main menu (without making the rest of the UI bigger like the 150 setting does).

The only other UI related setting I seem to have under system config/display settings is default UI size. For me taht setting was by default at 140% which is the max, and it doesn't seem to affect the size of the dialog boxes anyway.![]()
Do you have this "Enlarge System UI" checkbox?
It might be specific to PS4. I'm not sure on that. The patch notes when it was added (4.01) mentioned that it's there because of a PS4 issue, but not explicitly whether it's limited to PS4.
