A couple questions about the housing issue

Okay, so i see all these topics about the issue, and people wanting more wards, what the problem is etc.

So, with all that I want to ask;

1. What are the exact chances that they will ever fix the issue?
2. Will people who buy multiple plots using multiple alts for the purpose of house flipping ever get punished?

Now don't misunderstand I too am very pissed about it since the FC I am part of have been waiting for months only to get hit with the connections errors and everything was gone.
Hell, a member who was temporarily the FC leader(due to the other leader being inactive for the max amount of days) felt like shit over it and not only gave the Leader position back to the previous one, but she also quit our FC over it.

1. Honestly, I think it's less about them ignoring and them just not able to fix it the way people want it fixed. You can't expect SE to take away houses from EVERY player who purchased one from the server. Yeah, there are bad eggs, but some people legitimately purchased their plots to use (like myself. I waited and logged in like everyone else on PS4 and managed to get my second choice medium house). The experience for me made me literally sick. I totally think /something/ should be done but I think this late into the problem, if they make changes it's not going to be the instanced or FC housing solution people request. They can't determine who bought the plots to sell or keep and they can't just assume everyone is out to break the rules.

2. I've seen a few people get punished but they can't punish people based on out of game evidence. I've tried and was told that reddit screenshots aren't sufficient evidence because there's no concrete evidence that the person who made the thread is the person who owns the plot. Like, chances are that they are but SE can't use it as evidence unless it's an in-game interaction.

1. They might make adjustments but the housing in SE is designed on purpose to leave people out. It's meant to be rare and hard to get. Right now it's just the wrong kind of hard (luck). So you might see changes that would go towards switching that luck for skill or commitment. But as it was this patch there will still be as many people left out of the ordeal.

2. I think this might be more likely. Like restricting it to one plot per account per server. I would also like GMs post housing patches to go over the bought lots and separate the users who used RMT gil for their house from the others. Then put those plots back on the market and ban the users. (Still hoping for this to happen, they have seemed pretty strict with RMT gil buying houses in the past from what I've been hearing)

Even RMT is hard to prove, I think.
Unless there's in-game chat between players saying that they paid for gil, there's no proof that they /paid/ for it. Someone could easily claim it was given to them by accident or by a friend if there's no in-game interaction saying otherwise.
