If it’s an FC house it essentially IS theirs as well as the rest of the communities within the FC. They can even be given privileges to edit and construct it. So what point would there be?
Obviously we need more housing. From the start, FC housing and individual housing were supposed to be separate, but they've totally screwed the pooch on that.
The actual issue is that SE needs to fix the housing situation. With the current set up, this FC did nothing wrong. There's nothing wrong with a group of friends wanting to share a neighborhood. My FC was going to do the same thing, except it wound up that only like 3 people could get houses in the ward we picked before everything sold out.
I feel for FCs that still don't have their own house, but SE is at fault, not the individuals who want their own house.
Well in my initial posting I never said it was wrong, merely that it wasn’t fair, on the premis of the server limitations. So I don’t take blame with the FC hence why I never posted the names or said that the FC directly is at fault, I said before and I’ll say again, this is to bring to attention how it’s even possible for that to happen and that there is clearly a flaw in how housing is done, for lack of better terms.
When anyone buy the 16th room of a FC house, theere is a 16-30 that spawn under the 1-15.
The room limit in FC house is 512 (and member limit is also 512)
Buuuuuuut... 2880 plot for a whole server... characters + FCs is... just... not enough... not at all...
If we had at least 100 wards open to us for this patch, I would have straight out told in this thread that it is perfectly okay for them to attempt such things if they really wanted to. But this is not the case. They knew it was limited and they have every intention to pull it away from other players. So that's really hurting the community.
I am sorry to hear such news. People should accommodate plots for those who are in need.

If they are all individual users and this isn't done through dummy FCs to sell later, I cannot fault them regardless of the circumstances surrounding housing. That being said, it only goes to highlight the severe flaws in the system, which need a light shined on it.
Oh ok thank you! Sorry for the misinformation’s
Agreed. They are no better or worse than any other person trying to buy a house. They are just more organized.
