    Where quest in SB

    "None Forgotten, None Forsaken" name quest in Rhalgr’s Reach. Showed me from tumblr.

    But, I don't see "!" map. I had 70lvl miner/botanist/fishing.

    How?

    Is that the quest for the new custom deliveries? You need to advance the MSQ past a certain quest to unlock that one.
