    World Transfer lockout/World Transfer Failure

    I made sure I passed all the requirements to world transfer, and it still failed. Although it being a free world to transfer too, I still would like to transfer. I have a 3 day lock out but it didn't even do anything. I got an email saying it failed. Is there anything I can do? I want to join my FC on Louisoix so we can game together again, and tomorrow being my only day off I was hoping it would be done by then. 1:11AM is when I tried on thursday. But I don't know. Customer service said to contact a GM, I tried for about 6-9 hours and no GM response.

    I just don't know why I can't get an answer from anyone. Customer service, GM's aren't answering in games at all. This is a little sad to be honest.
