    I'm not certain whether to facepalm or explain that headquarters are not staffed by customer service representatives.

    I'll repeat, they just dropped the most heavily promoted content patch since ARR. If you think the lights are off in Japan, you're simply being ignorant.

    But the post is asking for a response, not a fix. Perhaps you missed that in your haste to white-knight for them.
