To everyone else who hopefully has at least two functioning brain cells remaining: In a few hours when the devs are back at work, they will likely start commenting on the issue (as it is an issue for JP players as well). If at that time they are still refusing to comment, then it is probably fair to question why. It is not, however, reasonable to expect them to jump out of bed solely to come address your lack of a house.

They just dropped the most heavily promoted content patch since ARR. If you think the lights are off in Japan, you're simply being ignorant.
But the post asked for a response, not a fix. You don't need a Japanese dev for that.

Also: They did not comment for days about the Raubahn roadblock during SB early access. An issue that prevented hundreds of thousands of people from really playing the game -at all- and you think it is reasonable to expect that they would come respond to issues over a house? What you have here are basically customers complaining about a service not available...
You have people with jobs here that just want a game to escape from real life hardships... and ingame, they just trip on the exact hardships that they're escaping from...

Hey OP, you have only yourself to blame for not having the capabilities to obtain a house of your choice since housing was a thing YEARS AGO. Seeing as they must have known this would happen, they should have had something already prepared that they could have anyone employed by SE declare. Saying that the devs are asleep isn't much of a reason for there being no response. Also, the devs don't really handle puplic contacts with customers, not in a large scale company like SE, were they have special public relations people that handle that. The "devs" are just coders and artists that create the game the company wants.
