Shirogane was cleaned out instantly on Cactaur. To add insult to injury the log in button stayed red for like 6min when i went to log in then got a 900002 right before I got in and got stuck in queue all over again. All that on top of the taking forever to zone in >=T

"Never owning a house" is precisely why I'm unsubbing. I don't agree with giving money to a company that doesn't acknowledge this as a problem. House decorating is my favorite thing to do, and I had been subbed for a couple months just in anticipation for waiting to buy a house.

Well I'll be angry with you. It's all I can do. The housing in this game is so <expletive> dumb it's now put me off of even playing this game and now I'm considering unsubbing. I spent weeks upon weeks mining to get the money to pay for the house only to get a giant middle finger because i couldn't be one of the first 30 people to log onto the sever.

Not long ago I watched a recent video of a guy exploring FFXIV for the very first time. After spending some time exploring the housing wards he commented that it was "the best housing he had ever seen."

And perhaps that is true... if you don't look beyond the surface. In reality, the current system is highly impractical.

My husband and I already un-subbed due to this. 3 years and no FC house. Try and try again yet nothing to show for it. When a Free to play game can do something so simple better than a sub game there is more than just some minor issues going on.

So many MMOs have instanced housing. No one cares about seeing the neighbors house in front of your own. Make them instanced. Allow us to invite people to the House if they are in a party with you. Call it done. This will allow anyone who wants to buy a house to get a house.

Make Houses Small, medium and Large houses instanced. Get rid of these Housing Communities. Half the time No one is around the housing area to begin with. Its funny cause in my server my housing ward is empty as hell. I see maybe 2 - 3 people in it a week.

Needs to be better handled. I had a house early on when personals came along because I was ready and hopeful for its release. Saved up enough with me and 1 friend to try to get our small house to a large. Not even a chance in shirogane much less older locations. After all not like many had to give up their space.

Either it needs to get a steady stream of housing wards built up between patches for the subs you guys have that stick around after this, or something needs to be revamped like seperation between personal and FC at the least without needing to add more wards but still “double” the housing.

Sorry for any errors in my writing I was up all night to try for this to only get shut down in under 25 mins in diabolos and having some people act horribly such as the very first 1 laughing at me because I check for the house. Damn me for trying people. Feel the salt SE, feel the salt.

Adding more wards is not going to do anything. They would need to add exact for exact housing for each player in the game. Which is wasteful over just making it instanced. Sorry to say but I know a lot of people who really do not care about having a neighbor next to them. The current housing community is broken. No one is around. 90% of the houses are locked out so you cant go in and see. So why even have a housing community you cant share and explore. I have an FC house. I have a private house. I have an Apartment. They need to expand it more than just adding wards. They need to make it so EVERY single person can purchase a house and every single FC has a Medium or Large house at least. In the current set up it would require hundreds of wards. They need to redo the system. They need to limit Personal Housing to 1 per account. Not 1 per character. and Allow FC housing to exist in their own Separate instanced Wards if they want to go that Route.
