    Making Tenants even not in Friends List or Online

    Can you please make the possibility to make Tenants someone you don't have on Friends List and they don't have to be online?
    It's quite frustrating have this "block"

    You want to make someone that's not your friend a tenant?....such block, such limitation.

    or are we renting tenant spots now? Because I'm 100% here for that drama!

    I don't care about Gils XD I just want to make an Alt as Tenant on my own house because I don't want to have 2 Houses on the same Server and I'd like to use some Furnishing that I have untradable on Alt etc .. with Alt I can't really do nothing.
    Only "beggars" will only think about Gils even for a service like Tenants XD
