Its the job that gets even more flak than the tank.

If tanks were constantly standing around doing nothing once they established aggro I'm sure there'd be more flak to them. And you'd better believe I'm telling DPS that have no idea what an AoE is that they should be slamming that in large packs.

And there's really not a lot of wiggle room on what a healer should/shouldn't be doing. Healer's priority is to make sure the tank isn't going to drop, and beyond that if they have nothing else to do with their MP they can toss in one of their many damage skills. Much like a tank's first priority is to keep aggro, and to also use their literal free mitigation skills. There's no argument against either aside from "I don't want to".

There's different skill levels and situations, for sure. And long as people seem like they're putting in an effort I've got no complaints. A tank pulling 3 groups at a time and you have to spam heals to keep them up? No worries. Setting yourself to /follow because selene can keep the tank alive, a bit rude.
