    Only....Scalpers are breaking the ToS. It should be stopped, not seen as an alternative method.

    Well realistically it's either that or wait for SE to release more housing that you won't be able to grab. Choice is up to you.

    Alternatively, get a FC room or an apartment and enjoy nearly everything housing has to offer anyway.
