Housing is Ridiculous

Adding more wards is not going to do anything. They would need to add exact for exact housing for each player in the game. Which is wasteful over just making it instanced. Sorry to say but I know a lot of people who really do not care about having a neighbor next to them. The current housing community is broken. No one is around. 90% of the houses are locked out so you cant go in and see. So why even have a housing community you cant share and explore. I have an FC house. I have a private house. I have an Apartment. They need to expand it more than just adding wards. They need to make it so EVERY single person can purchase a house and every single FC has a Medium or Large house at least. In the current set up it would require hundreds of wards. They need to redo the system. They need to limit Personal Housing to 1 per account. Not 1 per character. and Allow FC housing to exist in their own Separate instanced Wards if they want to go that Route.

I don't care about seeing anyone's ugly yards, lmao. I just want a damn house. And no, apartments aren't acceptable. They're as small as an FC room. If they can't crack down on people flipping, and if they can't add immensely more wards to the system to support the playerbase, then instances are what we need. Sorry, not sorry.

I agree. Housing needs to be redone. FC housing needs to be instanced. Why gate content behind FC housing that no one else can use.
