    I'm signing this thread too. I have a cottage, but really wanted to transfer to the new area and was really disappointed that every plot sold out within seconds. I know for definite that many people have multiple houses per account with alts.
    Restricting housing like this only pushes up the prices and people will start buying from the money sellers in order to try and compete for the houses with the ridiculous prices being asked as people resell...
    Either provide something for everyone or don't do it at all. You are dividing the community and alienating your loyal players.
