Please make housing instanced

This is unfair to many players. Housing was taken up in a matter of less than 10 minutes and people had a hard time logging in with bad queue. I am hoping this will get adressed by the devs and I hope you implement a system like Instanced housing so everyone gets a shot at housing. Thank you.

We need something new, as for a person waiting years, I now feel happy we got plot 35 large in goblet... a small FC of only 10, we truly wanted shirogane housing but didn’t get it, I was heartbroken over this, but it does make me somewhat thankful for what we do have....

I feel like All FCs should get an instanced large plot... but that’s just me

Honestly they could make it so FCs get whole wards to house their members. But for some reason Sqweenix feels the need to make all of us fight for them. They don't want people to do RMT to get housing they don't want people to scalp housing, but everything they have done thus far makes people do that. Housing is not a right? This is a MMO not real estate. Housing is for everyone. Every FC should be able to get a house. Every player should be able to get a house. I have never played a game that it was so damn difficult to get a house. They make it a huge part of the game. we pay a subscription to play the game. Everyone should be able to access all points of the game on that alone. BUT NOOO. In addition to these people that buy 4 or 5 houses on the same account and then scalp them. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! and sqweenix should be ashamed for even allowing people to do it.

Wards would feel dead. I like showing off my gardens and I like seeing others. Having it all instanced would be horrible.

Wards are already dead. In the two months I've been playing again, I've seen 3 people in our ward at most who weren't my FC members picking up their work order from me. If wards were meant to make housing feel neighbourly, it failed miserably.

And I'm sorry for being blunt, but nobody cares about seeing your garden if the price they have to pay to see it is no chance to own a house.
Furthermore, should housing be made instanced, you could still show off your garden by inviting people into your party and have them come visit your house.

I see no reason for wards to continue to exist.
