I think instead they should turn the housing zone into a PvP area.... gotta fight your way to the placard!

Then make the act of claiming a house like capturing a area in pvp. You have to hold it while a timer ticks down. If someone defeats you and/or your group before the timer ticks down, then you lose the claim, etc.

That way all the people saying their fc should get a better chance would actually get a better chance without it seeming like getting special treatment. Also! PvP would get more popular because people would want to practice for the next housing ward coming out to claim their prize...

I don't even PvP so this wouldn't help me out...but thought this would be an interesting idea lol...

Putting houses on the market board would just put them out of EVERYONE's range because you wouldn't be competing with real players. You'd be competing with RMT bots so yea, SE isn't going to do that... to heck with those bot. The houses would be in the multi-billions so that the RMT bots could sell them for real cash...
