How/Where do you get 4.1 Emotes?

How do you unlock them, aside from the two available from GC seals?

At least one comes early in MSQ. You get /box from one of the initial quests.

You start with Converse.
Box comes from an early 4.1 MSQ.
Attention and At Ease are 40k GCS each.
No idea where the others come from, but I would assume Command Missions with your Squadron.

I got these emotes last night, there was push-ups, squats, the breathing action and I think another one. Basically the busy actions your squad do when you send them on training.
