I’m honestly deciding if I want to keep playing or not. I feel so defeated, and like I can’t even get the feature that was supposed to be an incentive to play Stormblood. I feel lied to, and honestly cheated.

Please. Explain how you was lied too? Did SE promise you a house? It's always been known it would be limited housing. You raised your own hopes.

Edit: Are people honestly crying that their FC has no future due to no housing? Here's a hot tip: Housing isn't all you make it up too be, it's kinda cruddy. If you need housing to save your FC or to continue playing: Then perhaps your FC should disband and you should stop playing, because it's going to save neither.

I significantly lost most of my interest in this game this morning. The launcher lagged horribly, and I sat in a queue of more people than there were house spots available. From server up to all house plots being sold was less than 14 minutes. If they can cut one dungeon per odd numbered patch, do things like Yo-Kai / Garo, delay content all the time, etc. there was probably enough time over the several years that housing has been a problem to look at addressing said problem. The second most successful subscription MMO at the moment shouldn't feel like it's on life support let alone being surpassed in housing by F2P competitors.

You do realize that most things like, Airship mission, etc are gated to housing and without that house they can never do said things as a FC. Also take into account that he's on Balmung. I don't know what their FC is about, but a lot of people here have RP FC's and a house allow them to hold events for the public or just as a FC. So while you may think that housing is cruddy and there nothing good about it or that the things gated behind housing aren't worth a damn, please step out of your small little box and take a look at other people around you.

Don't mean to sound rude but I'm tried of the whole - "Housing not worth it." To some people, it is. And if SE was never going to fix their fail of a horrible system then they never should've gated content behind it.

Saved up 40 MIl, logged in at 12:00 (when server was back on), stuck in a queue, then got world server is not available, then I logged back in, saw all houses, all houses are gone. Checked the other areas, gone aswell.


I am done with housing in this game.

doubt it would make you feel any better but got through all the login cleanly, 240 in queue, no crashes or errors at all. Not a open plot to be seen in any ward of any district

My fc worked hard to gain the money for our house. Shirogane was our hopes, and dreams, but it seems that the attitude is for us to transfer off server. Balmung is our home. We don’t want to leave it behind. Going anywhere else just isn’t the same.

Add more districts, double the amount just for our server, add instanced housing, I don’t care what. Just please fix it. I feel like I don’t even want to play anymore.

The things is as long there are account with 4+ house in it for any reason it may be the system is broken, An account should be limited to 1 fc house and 1 private full stop, This way you can add even 100 ward and they would still run out.

Sadly this wont be fixed. SE does not care and have let this go on for 4 years now, I do not see any changes comming anytime soon.

I spent months for gaining (honestly) 60M of gil, I logged and I was kicked out from the server, and when finally I re-logged (after a long queue) every house was gone.
If developers don't understand the point, I go elsewhere, my cash $$$ is accepted worldwide.

I work for a Japanese company. This is really the only thing they understand. You have to vote with your wallet.

I'm more angry at the fact that it took crashes upon crashes before I could even logged in.

As loyal subscribers for 4 years , we were luckily able in year one to get 1 small plot which we had the foresight to make into a FC house even though it was only a small house. Because it was designated a FC house, we were able to access game features tied to housing directly: IE workshop, airships, gardening and chocobo stables etc. However our FC is made up ONLY of RL real world family members. As dedicated crafters/gatherers, recently we had reached the limit for playable content in both areas. We saved a total of 50 million gil with HIGH HOPES of FINALLY getting a large mansion to grow our FC beyond just our RL family members. However, we too were stuck in a queue of 3000 at 5:02 AM and when we finally made it into the game at 5:35 AM ALL HOUSING on Balmung was gone. SO..here we sit with 50 million gil in savings and NO HOPE for moving forward beyond this point.
