    Check how much space you have on your harddrive. Make sure there's over 2 GIGS of space available.

    Okay, that didn't work for me.
    The reddit post that was posted here has a fix.
    Some guy posted an older launcher boot info to a dropbox. Find that, DL it.
    BACK UP your files in a different folder, JUST IN CASE.
    You'll notice the older files are WAY old. 2013.
    This forces the client to upgrade itself fully.

    Since it's worked for some PC users.... maybe try fully restarting the system.

    I had the same Issue on PS4 and PC. I had to change my DNS Server (In the internet options) and it works.
    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    thanks for trying. I tried that. I'm on the PS4. I didn't work.

    This is so freaking annoying. I just wanna play. I've already missed out on the houses in Shirogane because someone else didn't do their job right. :-/

    Agreed. I'd been trying to get the PS4 to update since the internet exploded with the Patch was live. So, about 3am CST. It's now 5:46...and the PS4 is still like "Hurr durr...patch? What patch?"
