    Yes, yes. We can argue about this now, or we can return to the Prima Vista and report to our army of adventurers that it is time to begin the expedition. I humbly suggest the latter.
    In Japanese he specifies that they'll have to shuttle "the adventurers Uncle Cid helped collect".

    One wonders why the rest of Eorzea doesn't hire armies of adventurers to solve all of their problems. We have proven to be ridiculously effective and we have shown that we will work for peanuts :P

    23 people is an army now? Or is it more like, every time someone dies, they're actually just replaced by someone else kept in reserve on the airship?

    Anyway, as a minor note, I absolutely loved the (subtle and possibly unintentional) references we got to real-life historical events, such as the Nazi gold with the treasure trove, and Unit 731 with the Garlean experimentation. Not to mention the Nuremburg Trials.

    What do you think the Grand Companies are my dude? Each company has a branch consisting entirely of adventurers such as the players.

    Ishgard could probably stand for some Adventurer Initiative though (C'mon give us Temple Knights GC and Ishgard Housing you know you want to Squeenix)

    Well then I stand corrected. Still strange where those bunch of adventurers were at the end of the instance when we might have needed their help for uh things.

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.
