    The bottleneck appears to be ARR files. Once you clear the first gigabyte it shoots back up for some reason.

    The download kept breaking but I ran it as administrator and it worked just fine after that. Patch is downloaded and I'm ready to gooooo~!

    Also seeing some of you post your speeds has me realizing that NA internet is ridiculous. o_O
    I'd completely forgotten about that. JP speeds are crazy fast....
