Thread: Lovely Queue Times Trying To Get House You Failed the Players

Nothing like getting up in the middle of the night, months of planning with FC members and immediate log-in to a queue. Thanks SE.
Update the servers properly or find a different way to do this. Next you're gonna say how the servers can't handle more wards. Well maybe upgrade the freaking hardware so you CAN handle more wards.

This game makes millions upon millions and you can't even buy adequate hardware. What exactly are you doing with our fees and money from Mog Station? USE IT TO UPGRADE YOUR FREAKING SERVERS SO YOU CAN GIVE FAIR ACCESS to things. No one should have lost a house today because the servers crashed, or there were log in queues. Logging in late, or not moving fast enough is fine, but when it's a massive fail on your side you should be ashamed of yourselves. You make enough money off this game to be able to do it right.

You KNEW this was going to be a dumpster fire and did NOTHING to prevent it. There were no extra wards, there were no server upgrades so people wouldn't have to sit in queues, no nothing.
Second biggest fail since early-access SB. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed. I am disappointed that you care so little for us players that you made no extra preparations to make this a smooth process and to give everyone a fair chance.

Oh, and how long before you announce that the problem isn't your crappy servers, there was a DDOS attack, right? *eyeroll*

I haven't really wanted to play in weeks, and I haven't. I was hoping that with a new house to play with my passion to play would be renewed. I guess that idea has flown out the window now too. No reason to keep paying a sub at this point. Back to not playing again for weeks.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I'm officially unsubbed. My interest in this game had been waning since the early HW days anyway so this whole debacle just solidified it.

I hope this is a reality check for them, but they knew this was going to happen like this and did NOTHING to prevent it. Shame, shame, shame. They have so much freaking money but god forbid they spend some of it making the game experience better.
