Not a complete rework, but here are things I'd like to see (if no mana costs range or anything is mentioned, it will be unchanged from the current)
The Blackest Night
Creates a barrier around self that absorbs damage totaling 20% of your maximum HP, or around a party member and any party members within 10y of the target that absorbs damage totaling 10% of your maximum HP.
Duration: 6s
Increases Blood Gauge by 50 when the barrier on primary target is absorbed.
Shadow Wall
Recast: 180s
Reduces damage taken by 30%.
Duration: 20s
Shadow Wall is strictly worse than all the other 'big' defensive cooldowns of the 3 tanks. With this, because it has the longest recast with smallest reduction, we give it something to differentiate it slightly.
Living Dead
Grants the effect of Living Dead. When HP is reduced to 0 while under the effect of Living Dead, instead of becoming KO'd, your status will change to Walking Dead.
Living Dead Duration: 10s
While under the effect of Walking Dead, most attacks will not lower your HP below 1. If, before the Walking Dead timer runs out, HP is 100% restored, the effect will fade. If 100% is not restored, you will be KO'd. While under the effect of Walking Dead, healing received is increased by 100%
Walking Dead Duration: 10s
Sole Survivor
Marks target with the status Sole Survivor. While under the effect of Sole Survivor, enemies within 10y of the target (but not the target) take 100 unaspected damage* for the duration of the effect. If the effect dealt no damage, the target takes 320 potency unaspected damage when the duration ends. Restores some MP for any enemies that were dealt damage by this ability that die before the duration ends.**

Basically a complete rework of the ability
*that is like a DOT tick or ground damage like salted earth
**equal to about half what Quietus restores
