The mishandling of this has enraged a number of key members of my fc so much that it looks like they are going to bail on the game.

So, I ended up getting screwed out of Shirogane housing because the horrible launcher crashed on me when I tried to log in, and nothing short of a total restart of my PC would fix it.

I guess I'll be waiting another year or two for a medium now.

The whole housing situation is extremly bad done.
THe instant the servers went up I was trying to login. Got Error over error. When I finally was seing the field to enter my password I WAS NOT ABLE TO PRESS LOGIN. When I finally was in the character select screen I had an queue of 1500 people. Great.
When I was in the game everything was gone.
Tried the old housing areas and 5 houses were taken away from infront of my nose.
Allready seing tons of PFs about buying and selling houses.

gonna join in this salt..logged in right as the servers came up was 108 in queue...got a damn world data error which kept lasting until :25 so yeah 25mins later everything was gone...

It's only fair that Hydaelyn's chosen people (Lalafell), should be given priority with Shirogane Housing.

Took about 10 minutes for all the Shirogane's plots to be taken on Leviathan. About 5 minutes more for all the old wards to be taken. If you weren't lucky enough to get a queue under 500 then you were screwed.

I errored out and then was thrown into a 1200 que. Glad I stayed up all night to not get the one thing I've saved the gil for forever... Then when I finally logged in , It placed me inside of the placard in front of my desired plot and I was unable to do anything until the game crashed again. GG SE.
