Was very helpful in my report. Being harassed as a new player simply because I haven't master all the mechanics of dungeons. The GM responded probably within like 10 minutes tops and took down all the information needed. He also took the time to teach me how to blacklist cancer players and warned me of the fact it could increase wait times. All and all very professional GM nice to see it coming from blizzard games where talking to a GM is next to impossible and when you can it takes 3 days for a response.
