Another game using FFXIV pictures for ads

Hello,
I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. I wasn't sure how to contact anyone working for FFXIV so I hope that these forums work. I also wasn't sure where to post it here, since it isn't really a game problem.
While scrolling down my Facebook feed today I saw a Suggested Post by a FB page called Gamers. It was for a game called Dragon Awaken and the picture for it is a miqote in character creation for FFXIV. I'm pretty sure that they can't just claim this picture is from their game when it isn't and that SE can probably take some sort of measures. So I wanted to let you guys know. I did take a screen shot. I've tried to link it here, I hope it works.

I completely understand your concern but for your information Final Fantasy 14 Square Enix does not have the license or the copyright for the cat / human race they are called niku that is where Final Fantasy XIV got their idea from and that is not copyrighted are copyright a bull Final Fantasy 14 got that idea just like the other game did what would be a copyright violation is if it looked just like the Red Mage teacher and his name was The Identical of the Red Mage teacher just maybe with a misspelling of one or two letters then that would be a copyright infringement because they clearly stowed the Red Mage teacher but this is not the case as far as for the cat / human it is called a niku and this type of race has been out even before Final Fantasy 11 trying to copyright a race would be about like trying to copyright a werewolf or a vampire it's not going to happen

My apologies the cat humanoid race has been around since advanced Dungeons & Dragons I just looked it up they look identical to the one Final Fantasy 14 uses anyone who knows Dungeons & Dragons nose if anybody had a copyright to that race it would be Dungeons & Dragons and I apologize to my auto correct misspelled the name of the race Neko is the correct spelling and came out in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 a long time before Final Fantasy so if anyone would have the copyright of this race it would be Dungeons & Dragons

Matter of fact it would be safe to say Dungeons & Dragons is the reason why we have all of these races because they are the ones who have the wolf human demons they are the ones who basically came up with every race that we modern-day use for video games including even half dragons because they were known as Dragonborn matter of fact that is where Skyrim got that name from from Dungeons & Dragons Dungeons & Dragons has been a D20 role playing game since the early 50s based in the United States multiple versions of the game has come out even video games so if there was a copyright Dungeons & Dragons with own the copyright for all of the races because they were the ones who come up with the ideas all modern-day video games just borrowing their ideas that includes anime cartoons as well showing you that the races cannot be copyrighted otherwise everybody would have to pay Dungeons & Dragons the Creator's royalty

And the concept for the Neko race that Dungeons & Dragons got is basically based off of ancient Egyptian race and their cat God's because God's back in ancient mythology were revered as cats and even many of them as far as their drawings and so forth and so on also have imagery of cat / human races so all of these hybrid races are basically just based off of ancient mythology of many different cultures

And you cannot copyright mythology because ancient mythology was a religious belief no matter what modern times think copywriting mythology would be about like trying to copyright and modern-day terms Jesus Christ are the Bible it is impossible to copyright it because it is mythology the same as trying to copyright Zeus Hades nefeteri Ra Mercury Neptune Venus Bahamut Tiamat those two names can be found all the way back to ancient Sumerian mythology because they worship the sun god Bahamut and the night God Tiamat all of it is religion

Seriously Tyrant? Did you even open the link? It's nothing about the race. It's the fact they're literally using SEs game to promote their own unrelated game. It's like if Justice League was to use Iron-Man and Captain America on their posters.

I guarantee you there are attorneys and their publicist got permission from Final Fantasy also known as Square Enix just because you think they took it doesn't mean they did look at the issue to wear the deal with Final Fantasy taking that music from that one rock band Final Fantasy got in a lot of trouble I guarantee you they're legal teams got consent from Square Enix

And yes I did look at the image and I guarantee you Final Fantasy XIV gave them permission for promotional purposes which happens a lot just like Kingdom of Hearts and everything else just because another game uses Final Fantasy material I guarantee you they got consent otherwise it would be a serious lawsuit with copyright infringement and because you're dealing with corporations I guarantee you there publicist and their attorneys got consent
