Is there a chance of Kugane becoming a "instance is full?"

Judging by the pictures, there's more people there than there will be houses. Good luck to everyone involved...it's not even prime time yet, so this number will increase without a doubt. I wouldn't be surprised if Shirogane itself crashed after maintenance.

Yeah... By the time its a hour before the servers come down I can't imagine how Kugane will be. I think i will take my chances with it though.

@Vaer Thats the same thing that happened to me. I do wish all good luck I really wish SE would open their eyes about this instead of turning their backs on it

I'm honestly expecting Kugane to be a lag fest. Bracing myself for the posts of players complaining they missed their chance for a house because of dcs and lag.

Why did they have to release Shirogane along with the rest of the patch content? That just means even players who don't care about housing will also be added to the queues. This is such a mess and it hasn't even happened yet.

It's possible but considering people are probably going straight to the wards and leaving Kugane as fast as possible it probably won't be full for long.

Been through this a couple times already. Last time I couldn't even login to the game (just lobby errors that close your game for some reason and have to login again from launcher slowing you down) since every one playing the game goes through the same login servers and it just kept giving lobby errors. If you want a house just hope you get through before the tidal wave of people try to login because you might just get locked out of logging in for 15-30 minutes.

Wish they could think of another way to do this so it isn't Black Friday trip people to get ahead type stuff that goes down.

Hugs @ Rozeluxe and Yes.. blame me for being a worry wart. lol but this have crossed my mind. Oh well guess we can only hope for the best.

Lol, just last night I already noticed that people were hanging around the aetheryte and ferry docks, then I logged in this morning to see the numbers double up. I'll hang around where there's the least people.

I'm trying to get a small house of my own in Shirogane if I could but being on Balmung, there's a high chance I couldn't. It's probably better for me to get a house in the original 3 housing areas though.

Really? I get off work a hour before maintenance I might just... Play something else. To keep myself from getting so disgusted with how SE decided to do the housing ( when they had a clean slate with Shirogane)

Someone was claiming via shouts that if you log out in Shirogane that during maintenance those people would be relocated to the pier in Kugane. Does anyone know if this is true? They claimed it was in the patch notes but I don't see it.

I didn't see it. Though the patch notes were very long. I was told if you log out by a plot placard that you will get relocated, but as far as simply standing by the pier when you teleport in.im not so sure
