    You can heal through anything without Protect, but that 5% ends up counting for a large portion of party damage by the end of an instance. That means more healer DPS uptime and just a little less strain.

    As for the macros, I thought I saw a mention in the general discussion that some of the skill swap macros broke after 4.1. Does Tridus's still work?

    Like a charm. Except you should swap Protect with Esuna. Both abilities have no real cooldown and therefore can be swapped at any point in time

    thanks for the macro advice guys , it works very well . i did as NintenPyjak64 said and swapped in esuna .
