    Maybe we could get a "Party Finder" or a housing market board for selling houses, but people would only be able to see houses from their servers. The plot could be listed right then and there for people to buy. It'd probably have to be a fixed rate though to remove the possibility of flipping houses. The price could either be the full price for the plot or the person selling could be required to take a 20-30% hit to make things fair. Just seems like something they could do with a little less effort than a complete overhaul. It'd make things slightly more affordable, anyway. In theory.

    House flipping is the only way to get a house really
    And people just mask it as selling an FC that happens to have a house
